Refund policy


All returns are processed via store credit only!

Credits are done at the discretion of management. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your items, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling! Please direct questions to allthingsmaxine5@gmail.com
 
STORE CREDIT ALLOWED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT (we must receive the return at our warehouse no more than 7 days after package is delivered to you).
 
PROCESSING DAMAGED GOODS

Items that require repair due to crafting error can certainly be returned for repair or replacement if materials are available. 

It is rare but if you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately at allthingsmaxine5@gmail.com.  We'll always do our best to make things right and let you know the next steps for a replacement.

Damaged or defective item replacement takes 5-7 business days as all items need to be sorted and inspected at our warehouse. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process the return per availability of the requested damaged item. If the item is no longer available, we will issue you a store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost Packages 

All Things Maxine is not responsible for lost packages due to USPS error.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
